**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Compliance Specialist within our 1st line Risk and Compliance team for Fund Services. This key member will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance across the Fund Services Group's regulatory obligations, particularly in Member Operations.

The primary responsibilities of this position include conducting day-to-day compliance reviews, assessments, and feedback for the Fund Services teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform thorough compliance assessments on Member Operations incidents and provide expert support on projects or initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Providing regular compliance reviews, assessments, feedback, and sign-off for the Fund Services teams.
  • Conducting comprehensive compliance assessments on Member Operations incidents in accordance with the Fund's Incident Management and Breach Reporting policy.
  • Offering expert support on projects or initiatives as SME to guarantee compliance with the SIS Act, Corporations Act, and other pertinent legislation and Prudential Standards.
