Job Overview

The Senior Regulatory Compliance Professional will play a key role in leading and performing compliance inspections, ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes and monitoring functions.

This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance and oversight of regulated activities. The professional will perform compliance investigations of alleged violations of ethical standards and non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policy issues.

The key responsibilities include preparing written assessment reports, providing recommendations for improvement, and guiding mitigation of compliance risks and control gaps. The professional will also perform compliance oversight reviews, research potential issues, and recommend practices to reduce the potential for violations and non-compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
