Job Description

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our dispute resolution service. As Director of Dispute Resolution Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our intake process and contact centre operations are accessible, independent and fair.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high-volume customer service and contact centre functions
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Motivating and inspiring a team of Service Team Managers and their teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
