Senior Estimator Role

We are currently partnering with a reputable construction group known for delivering high-quality projects across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial, residential, and civil projects.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing information.
  • Produce detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and cashflow forecasts.
  • Support end-to-end tendering processes including submissions and clarifications.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and potential cost savings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new estimating software and cost control systems.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial, residential, and civil construction estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and civil construction works.
  • Proven experience in commercial and premium residential builds.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exposure to project accounting systems and cost databases.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
