We're looking for an experienced Cost Estimator / Project Analyst to join our collaborative, medium-sized team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction background and a passion for innovative, prefabricated delivery models.

You'll be based in our design studio in a supportive, family-friendly environment, with the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of exciting projects and contribute meaningfully to a growing business.

What you'll do:Prepare tender submissions and proposals for commercial project opportunitiesDevelop cost estimates for commercial and large-scale residential projectsLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to obtain pricingPrepare detailed cost plans and maintain pricing databasesSupport contract administration and reporting across multiple projects

What we're looking for:5+ years' experience in the construction industry (ideally local)Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or Project ManagementStrong understanding of AS4000/4122 and/or AS4902/4300Excellent construction knowledge and ability to work independentlyHigh-level proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and MS ProjectDetail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsAn interest in prefabricated design and construction is highly regarded
