Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in estimating across civil, commercial, and residential construction is required.
  • Strong understanding of civil works including earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Proven experience in commercial builds and premium residential developments is necessary.
  • High-level proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Implementing new software systems and creating cost databases is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, preparation, coordination, and management of bids for commercial, residential, and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Nurturing high-value relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Seeking genuine long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
