**Role Overview**

The Crown Perth spa is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Spa Attendant. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of treatments and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Prepare and set up spa treatment rooms for upcoming appointments.
  • Organize amenities and ensure towels are available in every treatment room.
  • Maintain all spa areas to ensure they are tidy and organized.
  • Manage the spa schedule, including tracking appointments and room allocations.
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and clients.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel or spa environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster.
