Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers at the front desk and serve them professionally.
  • Book customers in for services, give spa tours, and answer calls.
  • Utilize computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist members with bookings.
  • Maintain consistent sales by answering calls and attending to walk-ins, upsell memberships to existing members.
  • Perform linen inventory, replace towels, surface cleaning, stocktakes, and ensure sauna rooms are turned on, cleaned, and prepared for customers.
  • Assist the Spa Manager as directed and maintain dress standards.
