Project Manager Job Opportunity

Join a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience. Operating nationally, they deliver major new build projects in Commercial, Residential, Government, Education, Health & Industrial.

A vacancy has arisen for a project manager due to project requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder and proven industry experience on $30-50m+ projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design management and coordination
  • Client liaison and coordination
  • Budgeting and estimating
  • Site establishment and planning
  • Construction coordination and management
Requirements:
  • Construction Management/Building or equivalent degree
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
  • Ability to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy quality, safety and time requirements.
  • Previous experience managing site teams and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
