About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced project managers and stakeholders to ensure the development and completion of project progress and milestones through scheduling.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking work autonomy and the ability contribute to meaningful projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Revise and update the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) so that they are in-line with appropriate industry standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects.
- Prepare schedule reports (including cartoon schedules) for estimates (bi-annually) and reporting meetings (PPRIP; HoG; Project Performance Review; and MPGR monthly meetings).
- Identify potential risks, issues and opportunities in regards to project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above.
- Demonstrated competence and experience in using the Open Plan Professional (OPP) tool.
- Experience developing, maintaining and reporting on CASG schedules.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate an ability to meet demanding milestones.
