About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate services.

This dynamic position will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services, driving the success of critical projects that enhance and streamline our operations.

In this role, you will lead and manage projects that align with our strategic goals, ensuring that every initiative supports the advancement of our corporate services. Your mission will include:

  • Conducting cutting-edge research to inform project decisions
  • Gathering and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Crafting insightful reports and frameworks to drive project outcomes
  • Offering strategic recommendations to leadership and project teams
  • Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of key focus areas, including Wayfinding, Fleet Management, Accommodation, Waste and Sustainability, and Corporate Records
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in preparing complex reports, briefings, and correspondence
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Proven experience in undertaking research activities, including collecting, analysing, consolidating, and reporting on data/information from a variety of sources
  • Experience in developing and critically analysing program/service development
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to build and maintain external working relationships with key stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,790 - $95,413 p.a, as well as Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging). In addition, we provide relocation and accommodation assistance for eligible applicants, and a supportive work environment that promotes diversity and flexible working arrangements.
