Supply Chain Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain function for our marine company. This is an excellent opportunity to live and work in Western Australia's thriving Pilbara region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining best value for the business through customer focus, good supplier relationships & continuous improvement. They will also deliver exceptional service and meet operational needs, build and maintain productive partnerships with suppliers, and enhance processes and systems for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the supply chain function and obtain best value for the business.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement and warehouse operations within the marine or mining industry.
  • Experience in forklift operations and stores, including certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with database maintenance and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional presentation.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
