Safety and Wellbeing Professional

Our organisation is seeking a Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to spearhead the implementation of a proactive, people-centred approach to health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams across all business units to deliver expert Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidance and foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and wellbeing at every organisational level.
- Implement risk management strategies, support regulatory compliance, and lead innovative safety and wellbeing initiatives that create meaningful impact.
- Promote positive change in workplace safety standards by leveraging expertise and experience.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Risk Management and/or acceptable equivalent, plus demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a broad range of internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build awareness, capability and engagement around safety to establish a sustainable, ingrained positive safety culture.
- Experience in developing and implementing Safety and Wellbeing initiatives that promote an effective OH&S culture and a proactive approach to the identification, management and prevention of risks.
