As a key member of our operations team in Melbourne, you will play a vital role in driving our safety and wellbeing framework and strategic plan into the company.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects and initiatives including operational safety innovation, risk management and employee wellbeing programs. This will involve consulting and engaging with managers and employees to strengthen and build their safety and wellbeing capability through coaching, provision of information, support and training.

We are looking for someone who can work across various departments and stakeholders to implement our safety and wellbeing strategy effectively.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with previous experience in a WHS advisor role and formal qualifications in workplace health and safety, or working towards these qualifications. A strong communications track record both written and verbal is also essential.
