About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an HSW Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) advice and service, including injury and illness management and return-to-work (RTW).

  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing Culture
    • Empower leaders with the knowledge and guidance to adopt a proactive HSW mindset and lead by example in safe work practices.
    • Proactively coach and guide leaders in best practice health, safety and wellbeing management.
    • Partner with other teams to develop and deliver on health, safety and wellbeing initiatives aligned to external body, industry and Regulator events.
  • Injury Management, Return to Work RTW) and Workers Compensation Coordination
    • Act as designated RTW Coordinator, including triage and coordination of work and non-work-related claims / RTW activity.
    • Administration of work-related claims / non-work cases, including following up certificates of capacity and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Generalist HSW support:
    • Monitor, triage and manage incidents and hazards raised, including liaison with relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify and coordinate efficiency opportunities and manage the prioritisation and delivery of those initiatives.
  • Operational Management
    • Provide effective operational advice, support, coaching and guidance to Leaders.
    • Contribute to HSW governance and reporting.

You should have strong interpersonal, influencing and general communication skills, strong attention to detail and well organised experience within a fast-paced environment.
