About the Role

The Food and Beverage Attendant - In Room Dining is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the comfort of their own rooms. This includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, ensuring thorough understanding of menu and special offerings, and engaging guests in conversation regarding their stay and property services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Ensure thorough understanding of menu and special offerings
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay and property services
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Use clear and professional language when speaking with others
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Assist fellow talent to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
