About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendants at our leisure centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety and handling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in food handling and preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current Resuscitation certification and Food Safety Supervisor certification (desirable)

  • Hourly pay rate from $37.86 (including 25% casual loading) + 11.5% superannuation
  • Weekend penalties (+25% Saturdays and +50% Sundays) + Public Holiday penalties (when applicable)
