Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Operations Coordinator. This position will involve overseeing various projects from start to finish, managing a team of varying sizes, implementing improvements to project programs, directing and maintaining site safety, and reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oversee the work of a team of staff members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control project budgets and resources

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar role
  • Driver's license and white card
  • Qualification in Building & Construction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to complete tasks within required time frames
