Strategic Procurement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement and supply chain team, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating best value, and delivering improved outcomes for the business.
Main Responsibilities:- Contract Performance Management: Manage and drive key top-tier suppliers to contracted service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supplier Relationship Management: Source new partners and manage existing strategic supply partners to ensure optimal supply chain synergies.
- Cost Analysis: Investigate, recommend, and negotiate cost-saving opportunities across various categories, including food, utilities, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and service overheads.
- Proven track record in procurement management, with experience in managing purchasing spends exceeding $100M annually.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process and commercial maturity to adapt to market conditions.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field; CIPS/APICS or similar qualifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work with minimal supervision.
