The Role:

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments from start to finish. This will involve working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the successful outcome of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency appointments, ensuring timely completion and minimal risk exposure.
  2. Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and statutory documents, adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
  3. Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and achieve business objectives.
  4. Attend meetings and conduct investigations into company affairs, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency, preferably in a leadership or senior administrative role.
  2. Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulations, including compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and meeting expectations.
  5. Professional certifications or qualifications, such as CPI, are highly desirable but not essential.
