At the forefront of insolvency and restructuring, we seek an experienced professional to drive our corporate insolvency initiatives forward.

The Opportunity:

This pivotal role will oversee a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments from inception to resolution. Collaborating closely with seasoned Partners and Managers, you'll be immersed in a diverse range of cases, including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dynamic caseload of corporate insolvency appointments
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, correspondence, and statutory documents
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Attend high-level meetings and conduct thorough investigations into company affairs
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency with a strong understanding of relevant processes and regulations
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision
  • CPI or relevant qualification desirable but not essential
