Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insolvency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our insolvency team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the areas of corporate insolvency, turnaround, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior team members with external administration tasks, including liaison with banks, lawyers, agents, and auctioneers;
  • Monitor and meet statutory and compliance deadlines;
  • Compile reports and conduct investigations with supervision;
  • Help with asset recovery and review of company activities;
  • Handle ASIC submissions and prepare regulatory filings;
  • Analyse and interpret financial information;
  • Communicate with directors, creditors, financial institutions, and regulators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or other relevant studies (completed or in progress final year);
  • Relevant experience in corporate insolvency of at least 1 year;
  • Interest in studying CAANZ/CPA;
  • Strong ethical standards;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication and report writing skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines;
  • Ability to liaise with banks, lawyers, and other professionals.
