Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex insolvency cases from initial engagement to resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, correspondence, and statutory documents that meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with directors, creditors, legal experts, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Attend critical meetings and conduct thorough investigations into company affairs as necessary.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Deep understanding of insolvency laws and regulations, enabling informed decision-making and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Certified Practicing Insolvency (CPI) or relevant qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
