Take your career to the next level as a Senior Insolvency Administrator. We're seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments, working closely with Partners and Managers on cases including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships.
The Role:As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload from start to finish, preparing detailed reports, correspondence, and statutory documents, liaising with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, attending meetings, and conducting investigations where required. You'll also provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency appointments from start to finish.
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and conduct investigations into company affairs where required.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency.
- Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
- CPI or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
