Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team in Bunbury, Western Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working with a variety of clients across the aged and disability spectrum, providing community-based care. You will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy expertise to help clients manage their needs and achieve physical and social goals.
The Position
You will conduct assessments as per client needs and help them engage in meaningful activities such as self-care and leisure. By working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team across multiple services, you will enhance your clinical skills while developing long-lasting professional relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients across the aged and disability spectrum.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and community participation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and experience in the provision of occupational therapy services.
- Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practice.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision.
**What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range from $85,000 to $110,000, 11% superannuation, and a generous salary packaging opportunity of up to $15,900. You will also receive a corporate wardrobe allowance and the use of a vehicle for work-related purposes.
