Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Child and Family Therapists to join our team in regional areas of NSW and WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide ongoing individual and group therapy to vulnerable children, adults, and families impacted by trauma, mental health issues, domestic violence, and homelessness. You will work closely with culturally diverse families, supporting and growing stakeholder relationships for these programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual and group therapy services to children, adults, and families affected by trauma and other complex issues.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and outcome evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- BUILD strong relationships with community stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and social services agencies.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Psychologists, Counsellors or Social Workers with relevant memberships.
- A background in providing clinical services to a multitude of presentations.
- Previous experience in providing group and individual therapeutic services in a regional/rural setting, including working with diverse cultural groups.
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, Australian Driver's Licence, and Working with Children Check.
