- Capped caseloads, flexible shifts, and time for admin, training, and self-care.
- $1,000 professional development allowance, two paid professional development days annually, and access to an extensive on-demand PD library.
- Regular team huddles, social events, and a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Full administrative support, clear policies, and a thorough induction process to ensure confidence from day one.
- Registered with AHPRA as a General/Clinical Psychologist.
- Experienced working with diverse mental health issues.
