Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with other Allied Health professionals to support patients from early childhood to adulthood. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional and clinical care, planning and implementing speech pathology intervention strategies, evaluating program effectiveness, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech pathology plans using various service delivery models.
- Evaluate the efficacy of speech therapy programs and adjust as needed.
- Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Promote speech pathology services through community education and outreach initiatives.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A degree in Speech Pathology.
- Membership in Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- CURRENT police clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and NDIS worker check.
- CURRENT driving license and full Australian working rights.
