As a Disability Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within supported independent living settings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and lead teams across various customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers in accessing community resources and fostering positive relationships with their communities.
- Operate allocated SIL/S while providing leadership and mentoring to teams of Disability Support Workers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader – Disability to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality services.
About You
- Previous experience in Health Sector roles is highly valued.
- Certification IV or higher in relevant fields is required.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience is highly regarded.
- Ability and willingness to work varying shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
