Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored care and support in various settings, including community programs, one-to-one support, skill development initiatives, and employment transition programs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, working together to provide person-centered care and support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Disability (desired but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in disability support and knowledge of the sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team environment
  • Current Victorian driver's license, NDIS clearance, Working with Children Check, and Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR
