Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Analyst to join our team at Citi, where you will play a key role in providing technical support for our financial services applications. As a Senior Application Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, maintaining application systems, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for users of Citi Applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in daily operations.
  • Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.
  • Perform same-day risk reconciliations and ensure that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly.
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation and identify ways to maximize the potential of the applications used.
  • Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
  • Review and develop application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.
  • Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role with experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
  • Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and issue tracking and reporting using tools.
  • Good all-round technical skills and ability to plan and organize workload.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
