The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, upselling services and negotiating win-win outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events sector
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Create and deliver compelling offers tailored to client needs and event objectives
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies to attract target clients
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows to generate leads
- Prepare proposals, quotes and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Track sales performance and report regularly on targets, forecasts and KPIs
- Work closely with operations and event planning teams to ensure seamless event delivery
