The ideal candidate will have experience in cost advisory services, including measuring and estimating construction costs, producing project budgeting, and contract administration.

They will also be skilled in business development, including client relationships and winning work proposals, as well as business management, including personnel and invoicing processes.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Law, Engineering, or a relevant field;
  • 1+ years of proven experience delivering cost advisory services;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities;
  • Financial and commercial aptitude;
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
