Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Leads the daily operations of bars and restaurants, delivering an exceptional guest experience. As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the F&B operation, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple locations.
  • Partner with Director of Fun, Party & Events Manager, and Kitchen Management team to deliver memorable events and experiences.
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedule staff, and forecast adequate coverage.
  • Enhance the guest experience through coaching and training, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Foster a positive team culture, exceeding expectations in every aspect.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in managing full-service restaurants or F&B departments in busy venues.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast staff coverage, and control wages.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a cool head under pressure.
  • A valid WWCC (Working With Children Check) is required for this role.
