Job Title: Executive Culinary Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate culinary professional to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the standard for food quality and presentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, cook and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
- Create menus, specials and functions to meet customer demands.
- Manage inventory, menu costings and stocktakes to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Lead, motivate and manage kitchen staff effectively to achieve excellent service standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in a senior culinary role.
- High-level customer service skills in various hospitality settings.
- Proficiency in budgeting and controlling food costs.
- Understanding of current Food Safety Legislation.
