Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated member service representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-end department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members while maintaining accurate merchandise inventory and handling cash transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to all safety and security procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience and employee relations experience preferred
  • Higher School Certificate or higher required
  • Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery including cash register, table top/hand-held scanners, pallet jack, trash compactor, cardboard/shrink wrap baler, mop, broom, click counter, 2-way radio, rolling mop bucket with wringer
