Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Manage transactional banking and credit card facilities to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
  • Maintain accurate short and medium-term cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Support foreign exchange and interest rate risk management to protect the company's financial position.
  • Administer funding agreements and inter-company loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present treasury reports to stakeholders, including management and the board.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Working towards or completed CA or CPA certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, with a strong understanding of financial markets, accounting, tax, and legal issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Solutions-focused and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
