The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Management Specialist to join our team. As an Information Management Specialist, you will work as part of a small team within the Technology and Change Division to deliver workable solutions to key stakeholders within the Office 365 and SharePoint Online ecosystem.

Your primary focus will be on providing information management services in accordance with associated regulatory requirements and standards. You will work closely with our clients to build business partnerships and integrate passive record-keeping into their systems and processes.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establishing and administering policies and procedures for data management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of metadata and labeling of information across the organization, leading to better decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Providing training and resources to staff on data management practices, tools, and systems to enhance data literacy and usage.
  • Regularly assessing and refining information management practices to adapt to changing organizational needs and technological advancements.
