Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Maintain the company's position on risk management, statutory compliance, and fiscal policy. Ensure robust balance sheet, debt, and covenants positions through monthly reporting to finance leadership, group, and the board.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insight through detailed analytics, forecasting, and scenario planning on the company's debt profile, covenants, liquidity, and return performance indicators.
- Treasury Management: Safeguard daily banking transactions, ensuring security and control. Maintain accurate and current debt schedules, ensuring appropriate recognition of all related financial transactions.
- Capital Expenditure and Fixed Asset Management: Facilitate capital expenditure and fixed asset management, securing funding, tracking against budget, and ensuring compliance with asset capitalization policies.
- Statutory Reporting: Oversee statutory remittance of BAS/GST, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and other government reporting requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Facilitate audit responses and preparation of schedules and other supporting documents for external professionals.
- Financial Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Specialist in Statutory Reporting, Tax, Audit, and Cash Management
