About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Advisory Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Infrastructure, Assets & Places group, you will provide strategic, commercial, financial, economic, planning, and technical capabilities to support clients with successful projects.

Our team takes an integrated approach to delivering projects across the asset lifecycle, from planning and definition to investment decision and business case, procurement, and transaction processes. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will thrive on solving complex problems and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic advice and policies to support clients in planning, prioritisation, and commercial strategies for infrastructure investments.
  • Undertake infrastructure planning, definition, and feasibility analysis.
  • Build financial and economic models and conduct analysis, including cost-benefit analysis.
  • Deliver qualitative and quantitative economic analysis regarding investment in infrastructure.
  • Develop business cases and undertake option assessments.
  • Advise on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis and support transactions for clients.
  • Develop tender documentation and lead and manage tender processes.
  • Develop commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts.
  • Resolve complex commercial issues, including contractor claims during project delivery.
About You

We are looking for a professional with relevant experience in the private sector or government, preferably in infrastructure planning and delivery teams, government treasury departments, professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory, investment banking, or infrastructure funds. You will have a tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, urban planning, business, law, public policy, finance, engineering, or a similar discipline.

You will have highly developed written and oral communication skills, a passion for doing work that matters, and a strong interest in the use of technology and data to improve the way infrastructure projects are planned, delivered, and managed.
