About the Role

Ventia Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Training Compliance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for coordinating training compliance, reporting, and scheduling of Firefighter Capability training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Induction Program Nationally for supervision, staff, and employees.
  • Implement competency-based assessment training needs for new and existing employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee training records.
  • Coordinate learning through a variety of delivery methods.
  • Develop training aids such as e-learning, manuals, and handbooks.
  • Use and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and track and report on training outcomes.
  • Handle logistics and attendance at training activities.

About You

The following skills and experience are highly regarded but not essential:

  • Relevant entry-level qualifications in business administration, human resources, or a similar area, or equivalent experience.
  • PowerBI or other data-system training highly regarded.
  • Experience with National training systems and knowledge of National VET standards.
  • Experience in the operation of Student Management & Learning Management systems.
  • Experience developing and implementing administrative processes.
  • Experience following quality processes.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
