About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Pierre Fabre. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Ethics and Compliance program within your scope of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain local policies, procedures, and controls for the general operation of our Ethics and Compliance program.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the program and provide advice to management and employees.
  • Assist in risk management in terms of compliance.
  • Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and help develop the internal compliance training program.
  • Ensure the periodic reporting of Compliance activities.
  • Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.
  • Participate in the Export Control process in liaison with all the units in Group QA, Risks, Compliance, Internal Control Department.
