We are seeking a Client Services Officer to provide exceptional support to our financial advisers and clients. This role involves administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage client documents and input data accurately into our CRM.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and gather financial information.
- Process investment and insurance applications efficiently.
- Communicate with fund managers and insurers on behalf of clients.
- Maintain digital files and assist with office administration.
- Ensure sensitive data is handled securely.
- High attention to detail in data entry, spelling, and formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise workload.
- Strong time management and independent decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Background in finance or financial services.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a financial planning firm.
- Relevant qualifications in financial services.
