About the Role

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will be pivotal in supporting Registered Nurses and other clinical staff with the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our residents.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older people every day. You will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contribute to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.
  • Ensure quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.
  • Promote best practice interventions leading to positive health outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have recent experience caring for high-care and dementia residents, as well as knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
