Urgent Care Clinical Nurse

We're seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service. This role requires providing high-quality nursing support and ensuring all patients receive appropriate care in collaboration with Registered Nurses (RN).
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the RN in delivering patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- Perform care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by the RN.
- Support work cover injury management and provide phlebotomy services as needed.
- Ensure patient care activities are within scope of practice and comply with ForHealth policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support with patient services, appointment book management, and registration updates.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked clinical area, completing tasks such as Medicare billing, coding, and documentation scanning into patient files.
- Document patient care comprehensively in all files.
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling escalations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
