We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Leader to drive clinical excellence, service efficiency, staff development and consumer satisfaction in line with industry regulations and best practice standards.

The successful candidate will lead a team of nurses, clinical triage officers and assessment professionals ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements. They will provide clinical oversight and accountability across nursing and assessment functions supporting high-quality safe and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic management of our Home Nursing Service ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practice standards
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight across nursing and assessment functions to support quality and safety
  • BUILD strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support service growth and innovation
  • Enhance systems, processes and policies that support clinical governance, business efficiency and high consumer satisfaction
  • Support the development of a skilled and capable nursing workforce aligned with current and future sector needs

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams in a community setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement principles
  • Financial acumen and business management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of community funding streams (e.g. CHSP, DVA)
  • Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A current Victorian Driver's License and National Police Check

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Management qualifications and experience in aged care or community services
  • Demonstrated success in change management and quality improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of current reforms in aged care, community and disability sectors
