This role is central to supporting operations and plays a key part in driving strategic planning, risk management, and cultural engagement across the team.

You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth operations, support initiatives, and foster a high-performing team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Support Operating Plan (AOP) development and contribute to strategic papers.
  • Track and manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting across the organization.
  • Lead risk management and governance activities to ensure operational integrity.
  • Drive employee engagement through initiatives like communications, recognition programs, and innovation days.
  • Collaborate across business units to align operations with broader strategic goals.
  • Provide clear communication—both written and verbal—to influence stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in operations, strategic planning, and delivery within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including OPEX/CAPEX and business case development.
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders.
  • High levels of energy, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs.
