About Us

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI leader to drive enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.

This role requires someone with deep expertise in Microsoft's Data & AI ecosystem and the ability to bridge business needs with cutting-edge technical execution.

As a hands-on lead, you will design and deliver intelligent AI solutions, including autonomous agents that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

You will leverage tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Open AI, and advanced AI frameworks.

This is a dynamic role, providing architectural oversight while contributing to solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Cognitive Services.
  • Develop and deploy intelligent AI agents with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and LangChain, integrated with enterprise applications.
  • Drive data engineering initiatives, building scalable pipelines and lakehouses with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Data Factory.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including CI / CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, and governance frameworks within Azure Purview and Microsoft Compliance Center.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.
About You

You are a results-driven professional with a passion for creating scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions. You combine technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders and influence strategy.

Core Competencies
  • AI / ML Engineering with Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.
  • AI Agent development using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Azure AI Assistants.
  • Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory).
  • Integration with enterprise platforms and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps / DevOps within Azure / GitHub.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and Responsible AI.
Technical Skills
  • Languages: Python, SQL, DAX, PowerShell.
  • Platforms: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI.
  • Frameworks: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure (certified).

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
