About Xtrac
We are a leading manufacturer of advanced transmission systems for motorsport and high-performance automotive products.
As a Supply Planning Specialist, your focus will be on planning the manufacture and delivery of our advanced transmission systems.
Your key responsibility will be to create and maintain a valid Production Schedule, based on commercial demand, over the short term (0-4 months) along with planning for the long-term Production Schedule (5 – 24 months).
You will need to have an understanding of fundamental ERP principles with knowledge and understanding of common manufacturing techniques.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisation skills. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and calmly under pressure.
Apart from the core responsibilities, you will also be required to interface and build strong relationships with colleagues throughout the business including commercial, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing planning environment and educated to A-level, HNC or have equivalent experience within engineering.
