We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key Contract Manager role within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term contracts with Major Service Providers (MSPs) who deliver significant resources across the Land Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch Headquarters.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading complex procurement planning and contract formation activities, and managing a small team.

Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, and experience with developing outcomes-based contracts. A Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting or related experience is also desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Procurement Planning: Lead and undertake complex procurement planning and tendering activities to secure best value solutions.
  • Contract Management: Develop, implement, and review contract management policies to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement and contracting principles.
